Our New Local Secretary in Tennessee

A warm welcome to Michael Nicholson, our new Local Secretary for Tennessee.

Mike, over to you :  –

“I am honored and privileged to serve as the local secretary for the State of Tennessee. It is my sincerest belief that education and the acquisition of knowledge is the foundation of Freemasonry. I am excited to partner with all Masonic scholars and lovers of learning, both in Tennessee and throughout the world to illuminate where there is darkness and support the advancement of our fraternity’s enlightened principles. I am a US Military Veteran and am associated with several Masonic bodies including The Scottish Rite, York Rite Chapter and Council, Knights Templar and Tennessee Lodge of Research. When I am not on the road conferring degrees and giving Masonic Education, I can be found at home in the country reading and writing works of poetry. My favorite non-Masonic author is Charles Dickens and my favorite book is Moby Dick. On the Masonic side of things I am a huge fan of the works of early Masons such as William Prescot and Roscoe Pound.
