Cambridge Conference, 3rd-5th September 2027
2027 is the approximate tercentenary of the introduction of the Third Degree, with the ‘Scots Masters’ – the Royal Arch – following a few years later. To mark this anniversary and discuss and debate the evolution of Masonic ritual and its consequences in Britain, Europe and America, we will be holding a Conference at Queens’ College, Cambridge, from 3-5 September 2027.
Please diarise this event. We will make more details available before the end of 2026, together with a booking form.
Call for Papers: should you wish to be considered as a speaker or panellist, please send a summary of your proposed paper and a short CV to Cambridge2027@quatuorcoronati.com.
Delivery papers should target a maximum of 5,000 words (with written papers for subsequent publication a maximum of 10,000 words), with a delivery time of 20-30 minutes duration. Papers should be entertaining as well as informative and substantiated, and geared towards a lay rather than an academic audience.
