Our Installation Meeting will be followed by a Reception and Dinner in the South Gallery of the Library and Museum at Freemasons’ Hall. Those who attended this event last year will confirm that this is a unique and wonderful space (and that the food and wine were excellent!)
The Menu comprises:
Cured salmon with lemongrass and ginger, Asian slaw, ponzu dressing, pickled beetroot, dill
Breast of Merryfield duck, soy caramel-glazed duck meatball, carrot cream, chive creamed potato
Cappuccino mousse, milk foam, chocolate crumble
There is also a vegetarian alternative.
